Born in Portugal and brought up in Montreal, Olivia has now called Vancouver, BC home for the last 20 years. Olivia's early childhood years naturally drew her creative mind to embrace the artist within her and drawing became her passion. An eye for balance and beauty coupled with the inspiration of living in France and Italy forged an organic  talent to produce artistic renderings who's composition and color delight in the joy Olivia shares through all her work. A lifetime of artistic expression without the external influence of classical art training can be found on every original oil painting signed by Olivia...truly Art worthy of the blessing Olivia shares with the world.
 

Olivia is into painting Realism but is venturing out into other art categories.  Olivia cannot describe the feeling of happiness she gets when she is in her studio, listening to music and working on an oil painting.
